AXON HELLAS processes personal data only where needed to provide, secure and operate the Road Hub, My AXON, Fleet and related services. The selected station or the relevant AXON legal entity shown in the Company Information page acts as controller for processing within its responsibility.

On the public Road Hub, data may include the language preference cookie, display-mode preference stored on your device, PWA cache data, technical security information, aggregate page/action events without a visitor or session identifier, and DION prompts after redaction. If you request a DION transcript by email, the address and transcript are used to send that message and are not stored by that form.

Processing may be necessary to provide a service you request or perform a contract, comply with legal obligations, protect security and service reliability through legitimate interests, or rely on consent where consent is required. AXON does not use the public Road Hub to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

Personal data may be handled by authorised AXON personnel and necessary hosting, infrastructure or professional service providers, and may be disclosed to authorities where legally required. International transfers, if any, must use an applicable lawful transfer mechanism. Records are retained only for as long as needed for their purpose and applicable legal, accounting, security, dispute or audit requirements.

You may have rights to information, access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent and human review where applicable. AXON does not sell your personal data to advertisers. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
