You may submit a data-protection request for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, direct-marketing objection, consent withdrawal or review of an automated decision where the right applies. AXON may need to verify identity and scope before disclosing or changing personal data.

Use My AXON Privacy for account-linked requests, or contact the selected station using the published contact details. Valid requests are handled within the periods required by the GDPR; the normal response period is one month, with permitted extensions for complex or multiple requests where the law allows and you are informed.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority or another competent supervisory authority. Exercising a privacy right does not remove obligations to retain records where EU or national law requires retention.
